Life...

Well today... more like this year has been hard. God has really been testing me. With lust, friendship, relationships, brothers, love, patience, not being bossy, being a no it all, thoughts, ect. God has been doing things in my life that I have never experienced. I am having more and more questions about things, such as, is my thoughts pure or not, what should I do if my thoughts are wrong, why am I not listening to God when He tells me not to say or do something? I have so many questions that I need answered. I have been talking to my parents and to other people trying to get their opinion or some more answers. I have been wanting to look up the answers, but I haven't been very disciplined. I can't believe all the questions I have and all the answers I don't know. I need to grow closer to Got right now more that I ever have in my entire life. I need to be reading and searching His word all the time. God has really opened my heart in so many ways, and I need Him to help me through this.

Thanks for listening to my thoughts. I thought I would just write down my thoughts about this. Please keep me in your prayers.

Today (Halloween) (Brandon's Birthday!!!)

Well today is Halloween. More importantly it's Brandon BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!! Happy birthday Brandon!!!! This morning my parents left for there annual single mom's and widows trip that they "host." You guys are awesome!!!!! They left at around 8:00. Then I went to Brandon and Rachael's house with Jon to play xbox and just hang out. We had a great time. At lunch time they left to run some errands and I went home and took Mrs Jo (my neighbor) and Lauren. After that I worked on a couple things at our house, watched some T.V. and hang out with Lauren! Then I went back to Brandon's house to play some more xbox and do more hanging out. Then we came back to my house and Jon and I cut Mrs. Jo's yard.

Then we came in, took a shower, ate, and started scaring kids!!! FYI (for your information) every year we have a tradition to scare kids while we hank out candy. How do we do it you ask? Well Jon ties some things, tapes some things, and dresses some things, and the final result is a ghost looking thing. He gets behind it and Brandon gives the kids candy saying things like "happy Halloween" or "cool costume" or even "trick or treat" and Jonathan scares their little pants off!!! LOL! It's so much fun!!! LOL! We do this every year... I know, it's mean! Brandon holds a video camera, so we get every bit of it on video!!! It's so funny!

Right now Lauren, Jonathan, Britt, Morgan, and Brandon are singing... of course Brandon is playing the piano. It sounds pretty good! Oh yeah, the Ruckel's are over watching us scare kids. Whitney is lying on the couch and I am posting on my blog. FYI! LOL!

We're about to watch a movie and do more hanging out. Once again... HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRANDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, just thought I would update and tell you what's going on with us. See you next time!!!

Sick...

Well... Friday (I think) I woke up and had a clogged up nose, my throat was hurting, and my voice was gone. I thought it was just a bad cold... but was I wrong? YES! :( It was way more than just a cold. The next night I only got about 4-5 hours of sleep and had the worst night I think I have ever had. That day (Sunday) I woke up with a low grade fever, my voice was worse, my throat hurt every time I swallowed, my nose was clogged, and my whole body hurt. I was begging God to take all the pain away and last night I was feeling much much better and I woke up this morning (Monday) and I was feeling fine!!! :) My voice is still gone and I have a clogged nose, but other than that I am feeling fine! Praise the LORD!

Other than that my week has been good. LOL We celebrated Brandon's birthday last night and had a huge breakfast for supper! Thanks dad! It was soooo good! Then today I did a ton of school, went over to my grandma's house with my mom brought our vacuum to her house because she doesn't have attachments on hers. (BTW she is getting new chairs for one of her rooms) and... well that's about it.

Well, I just thought I would update about my life.

Update to Update

Today I woke up and went to breakfast with my dad. Then we put in a window at our house. After we were finished, we dropped Jon-Jon off at Brandon's house for a leadership meeting. We went strait to my MawMaw's house to put in some closets, and that went great. We went to our house, and got ready to go to the Corn Maize! It was so much fun! It was crazy, the Myers, Compton's, Larimore's, Covel's, and six of my family members all went. My family went home and I stayed there until the Myers left... then I went home with them. Right now I am at the Myers house watching to OU game! The score right now is 7-0, OU!
This morning my mom and Mrs. Myers went to take engagement pics for Lauren and Britt. (I will try to get some pics and post later.)
There is a little update for you.

PS. I just made a website for Liberty, but I'm not quite finished. I will post later telling you about it.

Last week I wrote 4 different paragraphs. This week I put them all together, made some changes, wrote a intro and conclusion paragraph, and made it into a 6 paragraph essay!!! It was (truthfully) kind of fun!!! I thought it was preatty good and wanted to post it on my blog. The topic is "highlights of my life" You don't have to read it if you don't want to.

Highlights of my life

Life is full of joys and sorrows. Everybody faces events that will set the course of their future. Highlights are extraordinary events on extraordinary days. My life, as a teenager, has already set a pace for my future. From birth to second birth, family traditions to opportunities to serve, there are important highlights in every person’s life.
The greatest highlight of my life was being born! I was born in June of 1995 in Oklahoma City at Mercy Hospital. When I was born, I weighed slightly more than 12 pounds and was 25½ inches long. The doctor, who has cared for me from the beginning, had an astonished look of shock on his face when I was being delivered. Because I was so big, I became the talk of the hospital. The nurses had to go down to the pediatric floor to get diapers for me because the infant diapers wouldn’t fit.
Moving on from my phenomenal birth experience, I would like to talk about my unbelievable family. My family has many fantastic traditions. We go on a family vacation every year to a cabin in Golden, Missouri. We enjoy special traditions on holidays, and I look forward to them every year. My family spends plenty of quality time with our grandparents. I have the privilege of being homeschooled by my amazing mom and I value the time with her. I have a niece named Elizabeth, who I love dearly and another baby girl on the way! Being part of such a family is a great part of my life.
Being born a second time was the most fulfilling highlight of my life. I was in Mexico on a mission trip when I realized that I needed Christ as my personal savior. I saw others sharing Christ, and I knew that I wanted Him as my savior. I quickly became aware that I couldn’t share Christ with others if I didn’t know Him myself. I was with my parents, in our camping trailer, when I told them that I wanted Jesus in my heart. I prayed and asked God to forgive me of my sin and to be the Lord of my life. After that night, everything changed and I recognized that I was a new person in Christ Jesus.
Serving others is something I love to do in my spare time. My church participates in many work projects. Recently we had the opportunity to tear off a roof for a church member. I also have the privilege to help with community service projects, which I do quite often. Mission trips are great ways to serve people in other states or countries. It has been my privilege to go on mission trips to Virginia, Arkansas, and Mexico. I have so many wonderful occasions to serve, and I hope I have more in the future.
There are many wonderful highlights in my life that I treasure. A few of them are my birth experience, my family traditions, the time I accepted Jesus in my heart, and the opportunities I have to serve. Of all these highlights in my life, accepting Jesus in my heart was the greatest. Because of this decision, my life is fulfilled.

ps. Each paragraph should have a tab deviding them. I couldn't find out how to do it.

My week (Busy)

This week my parents went out of town for their 24 anniversary! Happy anniversary!!! I am at Brandon and Rachael's house with Luke (Myers) while there gone. We are having a lot of fun! We had a game on Thursday and Friday (JV (Junior varsity) and V (varsity)) Basketball game. Both JV games we lost, but we still had a enormous amount of fun!!! The first varsity game we killed the team we played... but the second didn't go so well, we lost by about 10. :( Oh well, it was just a scrimmage. We had so much fun playing this week.

Right now we (Luke and I) are just playing some xbox and hanging out. Brandon, Jon-Jon, and some other peoples that I am not sure of went to watch a movie. My parents will be back Tomorrow!!!!!! YEA!!! I can't wait! Now I am just typing to make my post look longer... LOL!!!
I hope you all have a fantastic day!
-Justin

PS. OU won!!! I didn't even watch that much of the game because it wasn't that exciting after last week. Brandon, Jon-Jon, Luke, and Rachael thought the exact same thing. but at least we won.

Happy Birthday MOM!!!

OOPS. :(

The other day my dad, mom, and I were sitting in out hot tub, that the LORD gave us, and my dads phone started ringing. I got out of the hot tub to answer it and wasn't thinking. I pushed a couple keys, without picking it up, to tell the person on the phone to wait a min. After that I
dried my hands and gave the phone to my dad. He talked for a little bit, I put it back on the table, and everything was fine. We got out a little later and went inside. My dad remembered he left his phone out side, so he went to go get it. To his surprise, and I mean a big surprise, his phone was off and wouldn't turn back on. He messed with it for a while and still it wouldn't turn back on. That night I was super nervous and wasn't trusting in GOD to fix it. So I got to a point that I was tired of worying about the phone and I gave my fear to the LORD and asked HIM to give me trust. When I went to sleep I felt pretty good and I was trusting GOD that he would fix it if it was HIS will.
While my dad was in bed he woke up at 3am and couldn't sleep. So he got up and messed with the phone for a while and the LORD fixed it!!! It turned on and is working as good as new!
PRAISE THE LORD!!!
I just thought I would tell you of another answer to paryer by our amazing GOD. SYL,

Roof

Today my dad, Brandon, my uncle Cecil, me, and several other men went out to the Hodges house and replaced their roof. My dad and I left at 6:00am, went to get tools, ice and water, my uncle Cecil, and Brandon. We arrived at the Hodges house at around 7:00am. We started as soon as we got there with about 10 people. When my dad was "recruiting" people to help only 10 people said they would, and at around 8:00am there were around 40 people there! Praise the LORD! My dad said that we would probably be done by noon...ish and eat pizza for lunch, and we were done at 10:25! Praise LORD again. While we were there we tore off all the shingles, cleaned the roof completely so it would be ready for a new one to be put on, cleaned the ground, and put all the new shingles on the roof. Mr. Bley and his crew were putting the new roof on while we were cleaning up. The hole time we were there on the roof, on the ground, and in the dump truck, the LORD protected us the hole time and there were 0 injures. PRAISE THE LORD!!! The LORD is sooooo... (<- never ending) AWESOME!!! There is no way we would half gotten that done in 3 and a half hours if the LORD wasn't watching over us. Everything went perfect!
PRAISE THE LORD!!!
See ya later,
-Justin

PS I will try to get pictures from someone that took some later. If I can't I will post and tell you.

Today... or Yesterday

Today I... well I just woke up. Yesterday was a long, hard, tiring day. I woke up a 6:00 and did a bible study that I have been doing. Then I did some school... math and bible (different bible.)

After I did that stuff I went to the Myers and worked on writing from about 10:00 to 3:30 (with a 30min lunch break, 30mins of interruptions, and a 30min fun break.) At 3:30 Luke and I went to basketball practice! It was the first practice of the year, so the fist hour or so(3:45-5:00) we leaned a couple drills, played cut throat (it's a basketball game that helps you with your 1-1 defence and offense), we filled out a paper with our information, and played 4 on 4!

After all that we had a meeting that Mr. Harper (OH, I forgot to tell you, I may be playing for liberty) so he told use all the information that we need.
We went home and saw some windows that my incredible dad installed... they look incredibly, amazingly, AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dad did such a great job.

Then we went out to eat with my mawmaw, who just had someoneput brand new carpet in her house, I got home, did my bible study and went to bed. So that's what I did yesterday. SYL
